LEADING WELL – WITHOUT BURNING OUT
Leaders are often the ones others depend on—but who is supporting the leader?
Join us during Mental Health Awareness Month for a focused and candid panel conversation on leadership burnout, stress, and the unseen pressure that comes with leading others. This is not just about awareness—it’s about what’s really happening beneath the surface and how it’s impacting leaders, their teams, and the next generation entering today’s workplace.
This luncheon is hosted by Looking4Answers and will open with Jill Nash, Executive Director, sharing the heart behind L4A and the vision to support both leaders and the next generation in meaningful, practical ways.
The conversation will then move into a guided panel discussion and live Q&A, bringing together clinical insight and real-world leadership experience. We’ll address how burnout shows up in leaders, how stress impacts decision-making and team culture, and what it looks like to lead people who are navigating anxiety, pressure, and rising expectations.
This will be a practical conversation—grounded, relevant, and directly applicable—designed to equip leaders to lead with greater awareness, clarity, and sustainability.
